Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm PT through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are subject to change. Some items may have extended shipping dates due the product manufacturer's and/or other factors impacting the ability to supply and ship those orders.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Glowing Self-Care ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Items may be shipped directly from the specific product distribution center. Items may also come in different shipping boxes if the purchaser is buying items from various product lines. Shipping timelines will vary. Shipping may be delayed due to product distribution centers, shipment schedules, and other factors outside of Glowing Self-Care's control. We will work to process orders in timely manner.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Glowing Self-Care is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
Glowing Self-Care is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the continental US. If added in the future, additional shipping charges and delivery timeframes may apply at Glowing Self-Care's sole discretion.
Skinscriptrx Products
This applies to products that are shipped directly from Skin Script. It is Skin Script’s discretion whether to ship UPS or US Priority Mail. If the customer has a specific request for either UPS or US Priority Mail, Skin Script will try to accommodate that request. There are circumstances where this request could be unreasonable, such as a large shipment via US Priority Mail could be unreasonable to ship and it would require Skin Script to ship UPS for cost reasons. Skin Script makes every attempt to ship within 24 business hours of receiving an order. However, Skin Script reserves the right to ship within 24-72 business hours of receiving an order. Once shipped, packages could take up to 10 business days to arrive. If a package has not been received within 10 business days, Skin Script will re-ship the product and request the original order be returned (at Skin Script’s expense) once it is received.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided to Skin Script, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees for (1) re-directing the package through UPS, and/or (2) an additional $7 if the package is returned to Skin Script and needs to be re-shipped. Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Glowing Self-Care will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:
- Alert us at infobizcascadeglow@gmail.com
- Include specific shipment and order details
- Provide contact information
We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
